To BMSC, this means increasing client brand awareness and sales, opening and developing new markets, and building strategic and appropriate alliances that reduce go-to-market costs. We’ve assisted in business development for companies such as USA Network, Cox Cable, Busch Entertainment, Six Flags, Imaging Automation/Viisage, The President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, and Minute Maid.
So just how does BMSC achieve this? We work closely with our clients, especially on the front end, to determine whether a narrow or broad scope of work is indicated. We ask lots of questions and engage in mindful, active listening. In many instances, upper management simply needs someone to work through the “state of business” evaluation and have a candid “how are we doing?” conversation. Our passion for problem-solving typically leads to a series of options to explore and filter, followed by our carefully evaluated recommendations. Implementation may then be handled in-house or contracted in part or in total to BMSC.
